Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products from Canada via Canada Post.  Canada Post will typically partner with a local postal agency to deliver to the customer.  AVE Bags strives to minimize the waste from shipping, so our products will be sent without plastic wrapping unless absolutely necessary due to the destination or other reasons outside our control.

We currently ship to North America, select European countries outside the EU (such as the UK) and select Asian and Mid-East countries.  Shipping to selected Caribbean countries available upon request.  Import duties will be the responsibility of the end-user and are not included in the price.  Customers outside USA, Canada and Mexico may be contacted directly by the shipper if duties are required in your country.

Shipping times are typically as stated below.  Check the Canada Post web site or shipping e-mail once a package ships to get more precise estimates on delivery times.

NOTE: Customs delays are beyond the control of AVE Bags or Canada Post.  Certain countries such as the UK have had delays due to customs.
